2. Purpose and legal basis
The processing of the customer’s personal data is necessary for the performance of a contract (the implementation of the competition) to which the customer is party or in order to take steps at the request of the customer prior to entering into a contract. The legal basis for this processing is Art. 6 para. 1 b) GDPR.
In addition, the customer’s personal data is used for marketing purposes (direct advertising). The legal basis for this processing is the customer’s consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 a) GDPR. 5. Third country transfer

6. Storage duration
